I'm the buyer. Balaji was the broker used for buying the property. Experience is highlighted below. I lost money because of him not knowing when my closing date was. Which was horrible bcoz he was copied on all emails from the builder and lender. I would not recommend. Also very unprofessional and rude. I would have used rebate amount to buy down points on my loan but I didn't get that opportunity. On the last day, we are scrambling to use as much rebate on the closing cost,obviously we could not use entire amount towards closing cost bcoz it was too late.
